Commission Rules and TOS

If you commission me, you are automatically agreeing to my TOS so please make sure you read carefully!-
RULES- NSFW, in any form, whether reference, included in reference links, unsolicited, etc. is prohibited. I do not want to see it and you will end up immediately blocked and reported. -

- My artwork is not to be altered, traced, reproduced, sold (unless it is of a character and you're selling it with said character), or "inspired" from. You can find a free base on deviantart or pinterest. -

- My work is NOT for AI. I don't want my art being submitted into AI filters of any kind. If i find out you have, you will be blocked and blacklisted. -TOSWhen you buy art from me, you are given permission to repost it wherever you please as long as my work is not altered, my watermark remains on the image, and proper credit is given. You are allowed to post your art on NSFW sites, as I can't control that nor want to know, but I will never do NSFW commissions.If you buy a character from me, you are allowed to edit them, however, you must credit me for the design still. You may resell characters you purchase from me, but for no more than you bought them from, unless extra art or work has been added to them.Be communicative. If you are unable to communicate or have patience, I will terminate the commission.PaymentI take paypal, certain gift cards, and occasionally will do trades. If I refuse your offer, accept it and move on please!- Payments must be made after initial sketch has been confirmed good. I will not continue on art if I do not recieve payment. Sketches must be paid upfront. -
